Apple Chai Collagen Bombs

These Apple Chai Collagen bombs are not only healthy, but full of warmth and coziness perfect for winter! They are the perfect snack for when you are craving something sweet, but also need to replenish your protein and fiber.

These are great for snacks on the go. I make protein/energy balls in all sorts of flavors and I can speak for my family when I say, we LOVE them. These balls are made with a handful of ingredients which include chai spices, dried apples, quick oats and almond butter.

I’ve also added some of my Ora Organics Vanilla Chai protein powder (I will link below). If you don’t have access to chai protein powder, use vanilla and add a little extra chai spice. Don’t have chai spice? I’ll include a recipe below for that, too.

I use the Live Conscious Collagen Peptides which I will also link below. There are SO many good collagen peptide brands out there. Pick which one works best for you or that you have easy access to.

Also, why do we need collagen supplementation? Collagen makes up many critical parts of our bodies and are essential in maintaining good health. They are proven to help with skin and joint health, as well as support digestion, increase muscle mass and improve heart health.
