My husband started making this for us a couple years ago and it quickly became one of our household favorites. Everyone always goes for seconds (and thirds..and fourths)!

We use pre-made mashed potatoes as an easy option usually buying two of the 24 oz Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes. The Hworths are a potato loving family so I typically use 1 1/2-2 containers. Enjoy!
