These juicy, tender Asian pork burgers are packed with flavor and spice up your grilling routine! Topped with saucy sriracha mayo, bacon and crunchy broccoli slaw.
Grilling season is upon us! These pork smash burgers BLEW ME AWAY and I will admit.. I ate more than one AND hogged the leftovers. They are VERY easy to make and absolutely delicious.
Combine all the ingredients (except meat) in a large bowl. Stir well with a spoon.
Add the pork and use clean hands to combine. Roll loosely into 2-3 inch balls.
Place burgers on a preheated grill or skillet. Smash down with a metal spatula. Cook until cooked to preference (medium recommended).
Top with sriracha slaw, broccoli (or cabbage) slaw and bacon. Enjoy!
Asian Pork Smash Burgers with Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground pork sausage
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup finely diced white onion
- pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 burger buns
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha (more or less to taste)
- 8 oz bag cabbage (or broccoli) coleslaw mix
Instructions
- 1. Whisk together mayo and sriracha in a small bowl. Add more or less Sriracha per preference. Set aside or refrigerate.2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pork. Stir well. With clean hands of a wooden spoon, add the pork and combine well. Form into six 2-3 inch loose balls. 3. Grill on a preheated grill or skillet. Smash down lightly with large metal spatula and grill until cooked through to liking (medium is recommended). Serve on a toasted bun with sriracha mayo, coleslaw and bacon. Enjoy!
