Golden Graham S'mores Bars

The perfect ooey gooey treat to whip up for any summer occasion! These easy, no-bake bars are the perfect go-to dessert if you are craving a s'mores, but don't have a campfire readily available.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 (10) oz bag mini marshmallows (plus a handful extra to scatter on the top)
  • 7 cups Golden Graham Cereal
  • 3 roughly chopped Hersheys bars, standard sizes

Instructions
 

  • Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside. Pour cereal into a large bowl and also set aside. Prepare your Hershey's bars.
  • In a large sauce pan over low-medium heat, melt the butter. Add the bag of marshmallows and stir with a spatula. Stir often, scrape down the sides to ensure that the marshmallows do not burn. Keep a close eye. As soon as marshmallows are melted, remove from heat.
  • Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal. Stir well and MOVE QUICKLY.
  • Spoon half the mixture into the 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle a few marshmallows and roughly chopped Hershey's. Add the rest of the cereal mixture and again sprinkle mini marshmallows and Hershey's pieces. *PRO TIP: Spray spatula with cooking spray when flattening down the cereal mixture so it doesn't stick.
  • Place in the fridge for one hour to set. Cut into 12 pieces. Enjoy!
