Golden Graham S'mores Bars

The perfect ooey gooey treat to whip up for any summer occasion! These easy, no-bake bars are the perfect go-to dessert if you are craving a s'mores, but don't have a campfire readily available.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 (10) oz bag mini marshmallows (plus a handful extra to scatter on the top)
  • 7 cups Golden Graham Cereal
  • 3 roughly chopped Hersheys bars, standard sizes

Method
 

  1. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside. Pour cereal into a large bowl and also set aside. Prepare your Hershey's bars.
  2. In a large sauce pan over low-medium heat, melt the butter. Add the bag of marshmallows and stir with a spatula. Stir often, scrape down the sides to ensure that the marshmallows do not burn. Keep a close eye. As soon as marshmallows are melted, remove from heat.
  3. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal. Stir well and MOVE QUICKLY.
  4. Spoon half the mixture into the 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle a few marshmallows and roughly chopped Hershey's. Add the rest of the cereal mixture and again sprinkle mini marshmallows and Hershey's pieces. *PRO TIP: Spray spatula with cooking spray when flattening down the cereal mixture so it doesn't stick.
  5. Place in the fridge for one hour to set. Cut into 12 pieces. Enjoy!
