- Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside. Pour cereal into a large bowl and also set aside. Prepare your Hershey's bars.  
- In a large sauce pan over low-medium heat, melt the butter. Add the bag of marshmallows and stir with a spatula. Stir often, scrape down the sides to ensure that the marshmallows do not burn. Keep a close eye. As soon as marshmallows are melted, remove from heat.  
- Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal. Stir well and MOVE QUICKLY. 
- Spoon half the mixture into the 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle a few marshmallows and roughly chopped Hershey's. Add the rest of the cereal mixture and again sprinkle mini marshmallows and Hershey's pieces. *PRO TIP: Spray spatula with cooking spray when flattening down the cereal mixture so it doesn't stick.  
- Place in the fridge for one hour to set. Cut into 12 pieces. Enjoy!
