Limoncello Spritzer
A refreshing, sparkling cocktail that is perfect for these upcoming warm, sunny days. It has a prominent lemon, citrusy flavor that is crisp and perfect for beautiful days lounging by the water.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz limoncello
- 1 oz club soda
- 4 oz prosecco
- lemon wedges
- fruit of your choice, speared.
Instructions
- Mix together the soda, prosecco and limoncello.
- Fill glass with crushed ice. Pour mixture over the ice. Squeeze a lemon wedge over and stir. Garnish with fruit of your choice. Serve.
