Peach Summer Sangria

Refreshing, light and includes a few of our favorite summer fruits. Made with white whine, this is lighter than traditional sangria.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 medium sized orange, sliced
  • 1/2 mango, diced
  • 2 ounces Cointreau
  • 1 12 oz can ginger beer

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine, liquor and sliced fruit.
  2. Chill for at least 1-2 hours. The longer, the better in my opinion!
  3. Stir in the ginger beer prior to serving. Enjoy!
