Peach Summer Sangria
Refreshing, light and includes a few of our favorite summer fruits. Made with white whine, this is lighter than traditional sangria.
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 medium sized orange, sliced
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 2 ounces Cointreau
- 1 12 oz can ginger beer
In a large pitcher, combine the wine, liquor and sliced fruit.
Chill for at least 1-2 hours. The longer, the better in my opinion!
Stir in the ginger beer prior to serving. Enjoy!
