The first time I made these, I ate half the pan. I kid you not. It’s a crowd pleaser so don’t hog it all, like I do with my family.

Chicken Caesar Nachos
If you're looking for a holiday party appetizer, I've got you covered! These Caesar Nachos are irresistible and so incredibly easy to throw together. Everything you love about the salad-just over pita chips instead!
Ingredients
- 1 18 ounce bag of pita chips
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shaved parmesan
- 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing (store bought)
- Diced cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread pita chips over evenly.
- Place chicken in a bowl and pour 1/4 cup dressing. Mix together so the chicken is coated evenly. In a separate bowl, combine the lettuce and remaining dressing. Toss well and set aside.
- Next, cover the pita chips evenly with shaved parmesan. Then, spread the chicken mixture over. Sprinkle the bacon.
- Place under the broiler at high heat until cheese is melted (3-5 minutes).
- Remove from oven and place the lettuce mixture and tomatoes over. Sprinkle more shredded parmesan if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
