Chicken Caesar Nachos
If you're looking for a holiday party appetizer, I've got you covered! These Caesar Nachos are irresistible and so incredibly easy to throw together. Everything you love about the salad-just over pita chips instead!
- 1 18 ounce bag of pita chips
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shaved parmesan
- 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing (store bought)
- Diced cherry tomatoes
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread pita chips over evenly.
Place chicken in a bowl and pour 1/4 cup dressing. Mix together so the chicken is coated evenly. In a separate bowl, combine the lettuce and remaining dressing. Toss well and set aside.
Next, cover the pita chips evenly with shaved parmesan. Then, spread the chicken mixture over. Sprinkle the bacon.
Place under the broiler at high heat until cheese is melted (3-5 minutes).
Remove from oven and place the lettuce mixture and tomatoes over. Sprinkle more shredded parmesan if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
