I promise you, there are no shrimp pieces in these tasty Cinnamon Toast Crunch treats. Our family is OBSESSED with CTC. I love making different treats out of these! So far, I think I have made these churro treats, cheesecake bars AND cookies. It’s an addiction.
I cooked the mini marshmallows in a saucepan with butter, a pinch of salt and vanilla extract. I’ve found that this combination offers the best consistency and taste.
Pair these treats with a glass of cold milk and you’re set. Be prepared, they won’t last long in your house!
Churro Marshmallow Treats

Ingredients
- 5 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- 4 tbsp butter, unsalted
- (1) 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Combine in the butter and marshmallows in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir until melted and incorporated. Add the vanilla and salt. Stir well.2. In a large bowl, measure out the five cups of cereal. Pour the marshmallow mixture over and stir until combined. 3. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish. Pour the mixture in and flatten with a greased spatula. Chill for 1-2 hours to set then remove from refrigerator. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
