- 5 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- 4 tbsp butter, unsalted
- (1) 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
1. Combine in the butter and marshmallows in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir until melted and incorporated. Add the vanilla and salt. Stir well.2. In a large bowl, measure out the five cups of cereal. Pour the marshmallow mixture over and stir until combined. 3. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish. Pour the mixture in and flatten with a greased spatula. Chill for 1-2 hours to set then remove from refrigerator. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
