I love traditional millionaire’s bars and was dying to try my hand at a strawberry “Valentine’s Day” twist.
I’m very happy that
A) It turned out well
B) I get to share it with you all!
After the shortbread was baked and I layered/chilled the strawberry cheesecake, I dipped each rectangular piece in a bath of dark melted chocolate.
Voila! Topped it all off with a little flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
