Banana Bread Chocolate Chunk Donuts
I love banana bread. I love donuts. Why not combine the two? These are irresistibly moist with a sweet banana bread flavor. And the chocolate chunks? Don’t even get me started. Best part? They are easy to make in the oven in 10 minutes!
Let’s break it down.
- Smash those super ripe bananas with a fork.
- Mix in all the ingredients (except egg). Mix in said egg last.
- DONT OVERMIX!
- I have found piping donuts with a ziplock is SO much easier than trying to spoon them in or pour from the bowl. Cut one of the bottom corners out and BOOM. Pipe ’em.
- Cook them in the oven for 10 minutes.
- That’s it! Then try not to choke wolfing them down like I did..
..But seriously. How can you NOT wolf them down? I have no self restraint.
Look at the chocolatey goodness. Okay, I’ll stop!
