- 2 cups chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 green onions, diced
- ⅔ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- salt and pepper, to tastse
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
1. Make sure the broccoli is finely chopped and small. The chicken should be shredded and diced into small pieces. 2. Combine broccoli, chicken, shredded cheddar, sliced green onions, and ranch dressing to a large bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated. Add the salt, pepper and powders and again stir. 3. You can serve on a wrap, bread or as is. Keep leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
