- 1 15.25oz box vanilla cake mix
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Crumble
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2-3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
Cinnamon Drizzle
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Karo light syrup
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°. Reserve and set 1 cup of the cake mix for topping aside. Grease a 9x 13 in baking pan.In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour, oil and the remaining cake mix; beat on low-medium for two minutes until combined. Transfer to baking pan.In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, pecans and reserved cup of cake mix; stir in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. In a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, corn syrup, milk and cinnamon until smooth; drizzle over the warm cake. Serve warm.
