- Cook the chopped bacon in a deep skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and discard most of drippings, leaving about 1 tbsp in the pan. Heat to medium and add the garlic, stirring well.
- Add the chicken broth, cream, seasonings and gnocchi. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes, until reduced and sauce thickened up. Lastly, stir in the cheeses, salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately warm.
