Fluffy Snickers Pancakes with Chocolate Peanut Syrup

Pancake Batter
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 egg large
- 1/2 c AP flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 snickers chopped
Chocolate Peanut Syrup
- 3 snickers chopped
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
1. Preheat griddle to low/medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Whisk together the buttermilk and egg. Set aside.3. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Pour in the buttermilk mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped snickers. 4. Batter will be thick. Pour 1/3 C each into pancakes and cook until bubbles form, then flip over. 5. For the syrup, place the chopped snickers bars and heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until just combined. Then, stir in the maple syrup. Pour over pancakes.
