- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- Salt & Pepper
- 12 oz Peach jam (or preserves)
- 1/2 C BBQ sauce Use your favorite kind!
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
1. Line a crockpot with a slow cooker liner. Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper and place into crockpot. 2. Whisk together the jam, bbq sauce, minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes in a medium sized bowl. Pour over the chicken. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.3. Once done cooking, shred the meat and place over mashed potatoes or on a bun with a melted slice of provolone. Yum!
