Meat Lover’s Pizza Gnocchi Skillet

A hearty, cheese-filled pasta that includes all your favorite pizza toppings! This is from stove to table within 30 minutes and is a weeknight dinner that your entire family will love.

I love the simplicity of this dish. I absolutely adore one pot meals. I am ALL about less cleanup. This recipe includes only EIGHT ingredients. You will need to crisp the bacon before hand. I used pecorino gnocchi for this recipe, but you can use any grocery store gnocchi, tortellini or a tube pasta like penne. I added a dash of beef broth with the marinara to cook the gnocchi to perfection.

After a few minutes when the gnocchi is cooked and the sauce is warmed up, sprinkle on the diced ham. Then, cover with 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Add the pepperoni and bacon to the top. Place under the broiler for 3-4 minutes on high, until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisp. Let cool for 5 minutes prior to serving. It will be HOT.

Best served warm with a side salad and crusty bread. Oh yeah, and washed down with a nice cold beer!
