Frozen Yogurt Berry Bark

Yogurt Bark. Novel idea, right? It’s a quick freezer snack grab for the kiddos and the best part: it’s somewhat healthy.

It’s a great bite for breakfast, a snack or even dessert! It is literally so straightforward that my tiny children could probably prepare it.

First thing first: flavor the yogurt! I use honey and vanilla extract to make it juuuuuuust perfect. Prepare a lipped cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt onto the pan using a spatula.

All that is left is to decorate it! I used granola and different berries. Partly because it looks VERY pretty and also it’s about the only fruit my kids will eat. Kids are great, right? Feel free to use any combination of fruit or other toppings. Pop it in the freezer for AT LEAST 1-2 hours to solidify. Once chilled, cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Grab and go!
